Separation Saturday culminates this evening with a full slate of ranked college football action.

The big one, of course, is top-ranked Miami going on the road to South Bend as a heavy underdog to No. 11-ranked Notre Dame. But second-ranked Georgia also plays No. 10 Ole Miss and sixth-ranked Kentucky is in Neyland Stadium against hated rival Tennessee.

Those three games (and others ongoing) will have significant impact on the College Football Rankings. Keep it right here for all the live action throughout the evening.

Kyle Whittingham's team is going through it in his first season in Ann Arbor.

Jaiden Ausberry and Kyngston Viliamu-Asa stand up Darian Mensah on third down, and the Hurricanes settle for three.

At least they're on the board. It's 10-3 Irish after a huge goal-line stand.

It's 21-0 Bulldogs. Still in the first half.

First, he had a TD run. Now, a pass. It's 14-0 Iowa at Northwestern, and the Wildcats aren't giving the Hawkeyes any trouble so far.

DaSaahn Brame appeared to catch a touchdown pass for Tennessee, but it was ruled incomplete and that he didn't survive the ground.

But it wasn't even reviewed. Vols settle for a field goal and lead Kentucky 13-6.

CJ Carr throws a dime, and Jordan Faison continues to show just how electrifying he can be with a terrific catch for a touchdown.

Notre Dame is in control with a 10-0 lead over Miami in the second quarter.

Dawgs chunk-playing Ole Miss like the Rebels have struggled with all year. It's 14-0 Georgia.

Everybody is watching this Notre Dame-Miami game.

Things got out-of-hand because LSU didn't make the biggest plays. Alabama did.

Third matchup of top-10 teams with Ole Miss and Georgia on the field in the past three years. Georgia has the early touchdown.

A Kentucky field goal trims Tennessee's lead to 10-6 at the break.

Iowa is on the board, up 7-0 at Northwestern.

A huge fourth-down conversion led to three points, and the Irish have the lead in South Bend.

It's Been A While Since Ohio State Did This

You gotta love it from a future face of college football.

With just 2 minutes left, Oregon is dancing all over Ohio State's grave in Columbus. Without injured quarterback Julian Sayin, you've got to think this loss ends any talk of the Buckeyes in the College Football Playoff.

You can say all you want about Ohio State's offensive struggles -- and they are many -- but the defense let them down today. It's 38-22, and now, it's just a matter of the final score.

Three-Loss LSU Bows Out of CFP Discussion

Alabama is LSU's kryptonite once again. All that money for Lane Kiffin and another lopsided loss to the Tide.

Re'Shaun Sanford goes 51 yards for the go-ahead touchdown, and the Cougars are right back on top of Cincinnati.

Cincinnati has come all the way back to tie the game vs. No. 17-ranked Houston with a looooooooong scoring drive.

Tennessee strikes first blood against Kentucky, thanks to a 66-yard scoring scamper by backup running back Daune Morris.

Alabama has back-to-back fourth-down stops, and Alabama is in celebration mode up 31-13 in Baton Rouge. Defensive coordinator Kane Wommack likes it.

Lane Kiffin Staring Down 0-6 vs. Alabama

Sam Leavitt took a fourth-down sack, and Alabama immediately turned it into a touchdown to take an insurmountable lead.

The cameras are zeroing in on Lane Kiffin's dejection, too. The Bayou Bengals are about to bow out of the playoff race.

After an electrifying 32-yard punt return by Ryan Coleman-Williams, Keelon Russell finds true freshman Cederian Morgan for a touchdown, and the Tide are cooking in Cajun country.

What a grab by Dakorien Moore, and Oregon has reeled off 31 consecutive points. The Ducks are IN CONTROL over Ohio State.

In a back-and-forth battle with major College Football Playoff ramifications, Keelon Russell led Alabama on a major answer as the fourth quarter starts.
