Rachel McLachlan and Evie Wills return from injury to start for Scotland against Australia in their final home match of the WXV Series on Saturday.
Sarah Bonar and Hannah Ramsay also come into the starting line-up as interim head coach Dave Butcher makes four changes following the 66-14 defeat by New Zealand.
Butcher believes facing Canada and New Zealand has helped the development of his team despite suffering two heavy defeats.
"Coming out of two really, really hard games, the feeling is that we got stress tested a lot in those games, which has allowed us to accelerate what we need to do a little bit more, rather than playing a game where we're not too sure whether that will work against the world's best," he said.
"If you look at progression from game one to game two, and the pieces that we wanted to get after, we definitely saw some improvements, especially, I thought, in the contact area from game one to game two."
