Tyreek Hill Provides New Update on Knee Injury Rehab, Top NFL Landing Spots for Star WR's Next Team

Tyreek Hill's return to an NFL field may not be that far away.

Hill, who remained unsigned at the start of the 2026 season as he recovers from the dislocated knee and torn ACL that limited him to just four games in 2025, took to social media Monday and posted that "it's almost time to get off the couch and get to work."

Here is a look at some possible landing spots for Hill:

There was a time when Hill would have been a season-altering addition for any team.

After all, his resume includes a Super Bowl title, five First-Team All-Pro selections, eight Pro Bowl nods, six seasons with more than 1,100 receiving yards and three seasons with double-digit touchdown catches.

He led the NFL in receiving yards (1,799) and touchdown catches (13) during the 2023 campaign, which was his second with the Miami Dolphins after he played for the Chiefs during his first six seasons.

However, potential suitors should not expect him to be that dominant if and when he does return.

Hill is 32 years old and coming off a major injury. He also failed to reach the 1,000-yard mark in 2024 despite playing all 17 games.

But in the right situation, he could still thrive.

And a return to Kansas City may be that right situation.

The 3-0 Chiefs have Kenneth Walker III controlling the running game and Travis Kelce turning back the clock at tight end. Still, Rashee Rice is the only wide receiver with more than 108 receiving yards through the first three games.

Kansas City needs another playmaker at wide receiver, and Hill already has proven chemistry with Patrick Mahomes.

Elsewhere, the Texans are in desperate need of playmakers after an 0-3 start. Nico Collins has been limited to one game with injury, Jayden Higgins is out for the season and Tank Dell is yet to return from the serious knee injury he suffered during the 2024 campaign.

Even when Collins returns, Hill could be a No. 2 option who uses his speed to take advantage of the single coverage he would likely face when sharing the field with his counterpart.

As for the Ravens, they are in a similar situation as the Chiefs with a star running back in Derrick Henry, reliable veteran tight end in Mark Andrews and talented No. 1 wide receiver in Zay Flowers. Yet, much like the Chiefs, they could use a secondary option at wide receiver.

Flowers is the only wide receiver with double-digit catches through three games, so Hill could find immediate playing time for a contender in Baltimore.
