Tom Brady drops another 'oh s***' live on Fox during appearance on 'Fox NFL Sunday'
Tom Brady is now a repeat offender when it comes to using foul language on live TV.
Legendary NFL quarterback Tom Brady is still getting a hang of this broadcasting thing. While Brady has worked hard to improve as a broadcaster over the years, there's still one area in which he could clean up: his foul language.
For the second time this season, Brady dropped an "oh s***" while live on Fox. This time around, his NSFW moment occurred during an appearance on "Fox NFL Sunday," where he was pulled into a trivia segment with Drew Brees.
The segment focused on Brady and Brees trying to name the quarterback who ranked third all-time behind them in significant stat categories. Upon giving an incorrect answer, Brady uttered "oh s***" before quickly realizing his mistake.
The desk very clearly heard Brady's mistake and saw his reaction. After a few members at the desk laughed, host Curt Menefee eventually said, "We let you get away with one, by the way. We heard you. That's OK."
Menefee then ended the segment, but both he and Michael Strahan still got in one more reference to Brady's slip-up. After Strahan mentioned the program was live, Menefee said, "[Brady's] learning."
The former quarterback may need to do a better job drilling that particular rule into his head. Sunday marked the second time this season in which Brady was caught using that expletive on the air.
His first use of that phrase came back in Week 2, when Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels dislocated his left elbow. Upon seeing a replay of the play , Brady — who was in the booth calling the game — uttered "oh s***" after he saw Daniels' elbow bend the wrong way.
Brady quickly apologized for that incident, saying he "was not expecting to see that."
Following his Week 8 gaffe, Brady will call the Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings game, where he'll look to practice some language discipline after his early mistake.
