Drake Maye Says Patriots Center's Blood Being on Football Led to Fumble in Viral Video vs. Jaguars

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye told reporters following Sunday's 35-6 loss against the Jacksonville Jaguars that center Jared Wilson bled on the ball ahead of Maye's first-quarter fumble, when the ball slipped out of his hand as he was attempting to throw the ball:

"Jared happened to be bleeding on his hand," Maye told reporters . "Got the football and was trying to put one to [receiver] Kyle [Wiliams]. And [it] slipped out of my hand."
