Baltimore Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey was one of President Donald Trump's guests at his recent appearance in Baltimore.

Humphrey rode in the same car as Trump in the Presidential envoy, and the President directly referenced him during his speech, sending a message to Ravens QB Lamar Jackson.

Trump's increased visibility as a political figure in sports has led to a lot of increased support for him among athletes, but Humphrey did not come out to blatantly endorse Trump with his words.

Marlon Humphrey could not turn down an opportunity to be with President Donald Trump

Ravens' Humphrey was asked about his time with President Trump after practice on October 7, where the CB admitted he could not turn down the opportunity to ride with the President while clarifying his political beliefs when asked if he is a Trump supporter.

"That was a little surprising. It was not how things were supposed to go. But President Trump asked us if we wanted to ride with him, and I wouldn't turn down a ride from the President. I didn't really think about the, I guess… You know me, but that was quite the experience to be in that very armoured vehicle."

"To be honest, I did not vote. I don't think I have ever voted. I did try to vote this last time, but my absentee ballot never came in. I don't really have any political beliefs, but I do plan on voting the next time around."

Trump was in Baltimore as part of an event to celebrate a $3.8 billion submarine shipyard at Sparrows Point, something Humphrey supports as a boost to the local economy of the city.

Humphrey has 16 combined tackles (13 solo), three passes defended, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery through four games of the 2026 NFL season.

The Ravens have had a 3-1 start to the 2026 NFL season and might play without QB Jackson against the Atlanta Falcons on October 11 for Sunday Night Football.
