Minnesota Vikings: Kyler Murray, J.J. McCarthy, Carson Wentz, Max Brosmer

The Eagles are perhaps the biggest surprise, given that Hurts is both a short- and long-term guarantee to remain the starter. The backup battle between Dalton and McKee will seemingly continue into the regular season, while Payton is perhaps an option to be used on special teams given his inclusion on the roster.

In Atlanta, short-term questions about the position perhaps led to keeping four quarterbacks, while both the Steelers and Vikings seemed to make decisions keeping in mind their longer-term prospects given uncertainty at the position beyond the 2026 season.
