She then explained that motherhood made her more intentional and motivated her to keep moving forward.“It’s made me more intentional, more purposeful and, honestly, more motivated to keep going and keep showing my kids that there are no boundaries in front of you,” Brittany said in the same interview. “You can achieve anything. She finished college with a degree in kinesiology and later moved to Iceland in 2017 to pursue professional soccer. Years later, soccer brought her back in a much bigger way.She became part of the Kansas City Current ownership group in 2020. Patrick Mahomes joined the group in 2023. He explained that she saw the ball, started kicking it and then began dribbling after watching players from the Kansas City Current.Patrick also said the family attended Current games and practices because Brittany owned part of the team.
