Fantasy Football 2026 Updated Mock Draft and Mobile Cheat Sheet

Fantasy football stocks are on the move.

Folks can say what they want about NFL preseason games being ultimately meaningless, but it's hard not to react to watching how football players fare in football games.

A lot more information should arrive in Week 2, which teams typically treat as essentially a regular-season trial run, but let's take any lessons learned in Week 1 and apply them to an updated mock draft and cheat sheet-style rankings before breaking down two of the biggest stock movers so far.

Stock up: De'Zhaun Stribling, WR, San Francisco 49ers

It feels like forever ago that folks were wondering whether the 49ers had reached by making Stribling the No. 33 pick of this year's draft. After turning heads in training camp, he put in a show in his preseason debut (seven receptions on eight targets for 63 yards) and kept the good times rolling in joint practices with the Los Angeles Chargers.

Rookie receivers may not have the richest track records under Kyle Shanahan, but Stribling feels like an obvious exception. Aside from his own performances, there are all kinds of worries with this older, often (and, in some cases, currently) injury-impacted group of playmakers, potentially positioning Stribling for a sizable workload from the very start.

Stock down: Cam Ward, QB, Tennessee Titans

The Titans spent this entire offseason aiming to improve the ecosystem around Ward, last year's No. 1 overall pick. In his 2026 preseason debut, all of those changes seemingly had no effect. He lacked precision with his accuracy and appeared generally uncomfortable, finishing up just 5-of-12 for 57 yards against San Francisco's second-teamers.

Ward believers will keep banging the "it's only one preseason game" drum, as they should. But few players needed a bigger confidence boost than him—he completed fewer than 60 percent of his passes and had just 15 touchdown passes in 17 starts as a rookie—and this performance provided none of that.
