The NFL season closes out its opening Sunday with an NFC East showdown between the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants . With plenty of offensive firepower on both sides, there are several player props that stand out for bettors heading into Sunday night's matchup. Here are four of the best bets for Cowboys-Giants.

Javonte Williams over 74.5 rushing yards

This is one of the most appealing rushing props on the board. Williams ran for 1,201 yards on 252 carries last season, averaging 75.1 yards per game, and he enters Week 1 as Dallas' lead back.

The matchup is particularly attractive. The Giants allowed 145.3 rushing yards per game last season, 31st in the NFL. If Dallas can establish the run and play from ahead, Williams should have plenty of opportunities to clear 74.5 yards.

Beckham is back in New York and could be an interesting value play in his return to the Giants. New York is expected to use a variety of personnel groupings under new head coach John Harbaugh, and Beckham is part of a receiving group that also features Malik Nabers and Darnell Mooney .

The bar is extremely low at just two receptions. Even with Nabers commanding significant attention, Beckham should have opportunities to get involved, particularly if Dallas forces Jaxson Dart to throw more than expected.

Skattebo could be one of the most important players in New York's offensive game plan. He enters the season as the Giants' lead back and scored five rushing touchdowns and two receiving touchdowns last season despite only 101 carries.

The matchup makes this even more appealing. Dallas allowed 24 rushing touchdowns last season, the second-most in the NFL.

Dak Prescott over 1.5 passing touchdowns

Prescott threw for 4,552 yards and 30 touchdowns last season, and Dallas has one of the league's most dangerous passing attacks.

The Giants allowed 1.5 passing touchdowns per game last season, and Dallas should have opportunities to attack through the air with CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens .
