Seahawks Owner Announces Return of White Throwback Uniforms for 2027 NFL Season

The Seattle Seahawks' new owners are starting out their tenure by bringing back a fan-favorite uniform.

Seahawks vice chair Neal Khosla said Wednesday the team would be adding a 90s-era throwback look to the uniform lineup during the 2027 season.

The Khosla family shared the news shortly after closing a $9.612 billion deal to purchase the Seahawks from the estate of Paul Allen.

The Seahawks wore white jerseys on the road from 1983 to 2001 before moving to the NFC West ahead of the 2002 season.

The team last unveiled a throwback look in 2023 with the return of the team's royal blue home uniforms from that era.

Seattle is next scheduled to wear the blue throwback look in a Week 6 road matchup during which the Seahawks and Denver Broncos will both wear throwback looks.

The Seahawks are also scheduled to wear the blue throwback look Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs and Week 13 against the Dallas Cowboys.

Fans will get a first look at the white throwback look in 2027, according to the Seahawks.com's Ari Horton .
