Heyward was first elected to the executive committee on a two-year term in 2024 and has served as a spokesperson in the Steelers ' locker room.
On Tuesday, Heyward detailed the Steelers' preparation for their upcoming matchup with the New Orleans Saints in Paris.
"They tell us, 'Don't eat too late, try to get some rest and then try to stay up as much as you can once you get there,'" Heyward said on "The Rich Eisen Show." "You don't wanna have your TV on or your iPad on the plane too long. But it's gonna be a rough one once we get there. … We've gotta create an edge here, so I'm gotta make sure to take care of my body."
