Broncos LB Jonathon Cooper Placed on Commissioner's Exempt List by NFL

The NFL placed Denver Broncos linebacker Jonathon Cooper on the Commissioner's Exempt list on Sunday, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport .

Cooper will be barred from practicing or attending games while he's on the list.

The Associated Press reported that Cooper was arrested in June on domestic violence charges.
