To make room for it, he planned to demolish the older structures on the adjacent plots he had previously purchased.The land leveling is what triggered the battle with his neighbors. Many of Jason Kelce’s neighbors argued that flattening the natural hillsides would ruin the area's drainage, forcing massive amounts of stormwater runoff directly into their own luxury yards.At the end, as Jason Kelce spoke about wanting more security for his family, his plea was accepted by the local zoning board in Haverford Township.In an interview with WGAL, Travis Kelce opened up about it as he said, "We want to be in this area, we like this area a lot…Obviously, things for my family are quite unique with the security purposes.
