Yahoo Fantasy Expert League Draft: Watch every pick live with analysis, takeaways and trash talk

Yahoo is lucky enough to roster some of fantasy football's most respected names to be able to put together a league like no other. We'll kick things off with a 12-person draft. Our star-studded crew is about to sit down at the same virtual table, and you can watch every pick unfold in real time.

This isn't a mock. Every single pick of the Expert League Draft will stream live, start to finish — and the league doesn't end when the draft does. These 12 rosters will be managed and battled out all season long, giving fans a season-long storyline to follow featuring the people they already trust for rankings and start/sit calls every week.

The field features some of the most recognizable names in the fantasy football industry, alongside a pair of NFL analysts bringing a scouting-first perspective to the board:

Justin Boone: A two-time winner of the FantasyPros Most Accurate Expert Award (2019, 2025) and has nine top-10 finishes in that competition.

Matt Harmon: Host of the Yahoo Fantasy Forecast and the creator of Reception Perception, a site dedicated to wide receiver evaluation. He didn't love getting the eighth overall pick! 🤣

Josh Norris: Hosts Yahoo Fantasy Football with Josh and Hayden and owns the accolade of producing the most accurate mock draft in NFL Draft history.

Scott Pianowski: Fantasy Sports Writer Association Hall of Famer and award-winning writer (with nominations in four sports) and podcaster.

Joel Smyth: Known for his in-depth analysis and research, producing multi-platform content that goes beyond the surface.

Hayden Winks: Hosts Yahoo Fantasy Football with Josh and Hayden. A three-time FSWA and Webby Award winner for his coverage of fantasy football and the NFL Draft.

Eric Froton: A three-time Fantasy Sports Writer Association College Sports Writer of the Year.

Chris Allen: A mechanical engineer by trade that leverages his analytical background to study the various components of fantasy football.

Ray Garvin: A former college football player known for his deep understanding of NFL schemes and usage patterns. He also created Destination Devy (DD) Fantasy Football.

Nate Tice: A former University of Wisconsin QB, Nate analyzes NFL trends and draft prospects. He is the host of Football 301 and was previously a coach and scout in the NFL before writing and podcasting professionally.
