More than 850 supporters attended the event, which resulted in the foundation granting $1.077 million to 20 Kansas City charities.A year later, the foundation returned with an even bigger and brighter impact.During its sixth annual gala, held in the same mid-season month, the organization welcomed more than 900 supporters and granted an impressive $1.508 million to 27 Kansas City charities. Nearly 50 supporters, $500,000, and 7 charities more than at last year’s gala.The grants were presented on stage like every year, highlighting the open-minded organizations and causes benefiting from the foundation’s continued heartwarming efforts.Brittany Mahomes celebrated the milestone by thanking those who helped support the foundation’s mission.“Thank you to all of our amazing partners who continue to support the mission. Together, we are changing lives.
