Ighodaro doubtful for second straight game

OKLAHOMA CITY — Phoenix Suns big Oso Ighodaro is listed as doubtful for a second straight game with a right oblique strain. They face the Oklahoma City Thunder on Oct. 25 at Paycom Center.

A second-round pick in the 2024 NBA Draft out of Marquette, the 6-11 Ighodaro recently signed a three-year, $29-million extension .

Khaman Maluach started his second straight game at center on Oct. 24, posting nine points and nine rebounds. He had the highest plus/minus of any starter in the game at plus-8.

Two-way player Duop Reath is serving as Maluach's backup.

Mark Williams remains out with a left shoulder injury that's expected to sideline him for several months, but he is no longer wearing a brace.

The 7-footer tore his labrum in an offseason workout and underwent surgery in September.
