Here's a look at all the most notable injuries you need to know for fantasy football in Week 1.

· 215 words

Welcome to the Week 1 NFL injury report. We saw plenty of notable injuries take place dating back to last season, and throughout training camp and preseason this summer. Those injuries helped inform some of our fantasy football draft-day decisions, and despite the clean slate, we should see a handful of key players pop up on the Week 1 report.

We'll be tracking injuries all week, every week throughout the 2026 NFL season to help you with your fantasy football lineups. Below is the full report with some analysis on key players.

Patrick Mahomes, KC (knee) — expected to start

Henderson : The Patriots RB missed practice on Monday ahead of Wednesday's opener versus the Seahawks. His status for Week 1 seems bleak as we usually have an injury designation by now. If Henderson is out, Rhamondre Stevenson would get the bulk of the work, something that was expected based on training camp/preseason performance. He's a solid RB2 to start the season.

Puka Nacua, LAR (groin) — expected to play

Ricky Pearsall, SF (knee) — Out for season

Chris Brazzell, CAR (knee) — Out for season

Jayden Higgins, HOU (knee) — Out for season

Isiah Pacheco, DET (back) — Injured reserve

Jordyn Tyson, NO (hamstring) — Injured reserve

Christian Kirk, SF (calf) — Injured reserve
