Cody Ford, ex-Bengals swing tackle, gets Bills' tryout

Former Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Cody Ford worked out Sept. 8 for the Buffalo Bills .

Ford, a swing tackle for the Bengals, was cut by Cincinnati in August.

Ford played his first three NFL seasons for the Bills, and was a second-round pick of Buffalo in the 2019 NFL Draft.

He played in 50 games over the past three seasons for the Bengals.

In 2025, Ford had a 21-yard reception on his 29th birthday during the third quarter of the team's NFL Week 17 win against Arizona at Cincinnati's Paycor Stadium.

Earlier in the game, Ford replaced an injured Amarius Mims at offensive tackle.

In August 2025, Ford was injured during training camp.

In August, the Bills released former Bengals safety Geno Stone .
