Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Klayton Adams has lobbied for a very special addition to the coaching staff's break room.

Adams told reporters earlier this month he wants to get a "hot dog fridge" for himself and his fellow coaches.

"How can you really have a break room or a snack room if you don't have a hot dog fridge?" he said And if you're gonna have a hot dog fridge, you have to have high quality hot dogs in it. And if you're gonna have high quality hot dogs, we have to have brioche buns and maybe some pretzel buns."

He suggested the solution could be "an industrial-sized 7-Eleven hot dog roller."

The comments came after the Cowboys shared a video of Adams being mic'd up at practice. At one point, he tells another Cowboys staffer they'd have to add $100 to the hot dog fridge fund.

This is something Adams has carefully considered, down to the science required to getting the perfect dog.

"One of the things I learned from going to Disneyland with my kids, because I was trying to steam the bun, I was trying to toast the bun, and the guy at Disneyland goes, 'No, man, put it in the bun and then wrap it in foil and let the hot dog steam the bun,'" he said. "It's been revolutionary."

The Cowboys had a top-10 offense in yards and points in Adams' first year as the coordinator. If that doesn't earn somebody a hot dog fridge, then what does?
