Jordan Love Called Plays for Packers in 2nd Half of Preseason Win vs. Cardinals, LaFleur Reveals

Jordan Love still has many years of playing in the NFL, but the Green Bay Packers star got his first test of coaching on Friday night if he wants to get a head start on planning his post-playing career.

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur told reporters Love called plays in the second half of their 42-38 win over the Arizona Cardinals and praised the "outstanding job" he did.

Since the Packers held out most of their starters, Love didn't have a lot to do otherwise. The offense was a little rough to start with just 12 yards on 10 plays and a lost fumble in the third quarter.

In the fourth quarter, though, everything started to click. The Packers outscored Arizona 18-7, scoring on all three offensive possessions.
