Seahawks' Nick Emmanwori Jokes After Aaron Donald Signs Rams Contract, Ends NFL Retirement

On the same day as Aaron Donald's return to the Los Angeles Rams became official, Nick Emmanwori had jokes.

The Seattle Seahawks safety seemed to be implying that the Rams' big offseason—which included the acquisitions of Myles Garrett, Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson alongside Donald's comeback—was all in response to his team's Super Bowl conquest last season:

The two teams played three classic games last season, with the Rams winning 21-19 in November before Seattle had their revenge one month later in a 38-37 overtime thriller. The Seahawks then beat the Rams in the NFC Conference Game, 31-27. Three matchups and only a three-point total margin between the teams.

The two teams won't meet this season until Christmas, with two matchups in the final three weeks of the season.
