Monken got his first win as a head coach on Sunday after beating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23-19 in a game that came down to the wire. It was the kind of game that Cleveland is known to lose.

"Browns are gonna Browns," Monken said after the win. "F--k that. The guys took that to heart."
