Edwards spent four seasons with the Eagles, so it's fair to assume that he has at least a general understanding of a lot of their play calls. He used that knowledge and his listening ears to make a big play on Monday.
His move on Monday will surely have opposing teams making sure he's not listening in on their huddles.
The interception for Hurts was apart of a rough night for him and the Eagles. Hurts had just 153 passing yards and threw an interception on the way to a 27-7 loss. The Bears, meanwhile, improved to 2-1 despite being without starting quarterback Caleb Williams.
