Josh Allen, New Era Unveil 2026 'Billustration' Hats Designed by 8 Children at Children's Hospital

New Era unveiled eight new hats designed by kids receiving treatment at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo as part of Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen's "Billustration" initiative on Monday.

All eight hats will be available for purchase on New Era's website, at their stores and at the Bills' merchandise store at Highmark Stadium, and each purchase will benefit the Patricia Allen Fund at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo.

This marks the second year of the Billustration campaign after $140,230 was raised for the hospital through Billustration in 2025.

Allen released a statement regarding the continuation of the Billustration initiative as part of a press release, saying, "I am incredibly proud of everything last season's Billustration campaign with New Era achieved and I was eager to bring it back for the 2026 season in response to the demand from fans to get their hands on these special caps. Knowing fans can now collect every design and wear them alongside me all season makes it even more special as we continue to support the Patricia Allen Fund and the amazing care provided at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo."

Allen will wear each of the eight hats during the 2026 NFL regular season, as he will don a different one during his tunnel walk prior to each of the Bills' eight home games.

Each hat features Allen's famous drawing of a Bills logo on the front, but they will have differing colors and designs on the side.

The first Billustration hat will be shown off by Allen on Sept. 17 when Buffalo hosts the Detroit Lions in its home opener and the first regular-season game ever played at the new Highmark Stadium.
