UND hosting pregame party Friday; Minnesota warns of traffic issues

Oct. 22—MINNEAPOLIS — UND is hosting a pregame party Friday afternoon before the Fighting Hawks play rival Minnesota in their series finale.

The party is scheduled from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Friday at Sally's Saloon.

Sally's is about three blocks from 3M Arena at Mariucci.

The University of Minnesota has issued a traffic advisory for Friday, too.

University Avenue will be closed from 6-8 p.m. for the Homecoming Parade.

Minnesota says individuals are "encouraged to plan accordingly and avoid the University Ave. road closure."

Minnesota advises fans without a parking pass to utilize available parking at the Ski-U-Mah and Victory Lots or Oak Street Ramp.
