Bills sign C Sincere Haynesworth, waive WR Mac Dalena

The Bills have made a pair of roster moves on Wednesday.

Buffalo announced the club has signed center Sincere Haynesworth and waived receiver Mac Dalena.

Haynesworth, 25, entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2024. He's spent time with the Saints, Patriots, and Cardinals but has not appeared in a regular-season game.

He also played for the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks in 2026.

Buffalo has been dealing with injuries at center, so Haynesworth provides some depth at the position.

Dalena joined the team in June. He's also spent time with the Seahawks.
