Evans going through the ambulance is definitely the most talked-about moment from MITB.
Penta and Tiffy both gave interviews with the post-show panel about winning.
Liv Morgan came away from this PLE as the new world champion, but the big stories will be Stratton and Penta winning the MITB briefcases.
Breakker stopped Evans from climbing and hit a gutbuster. He took down his straps and lined up for a Spear, but Evans caught him with a Red Dot kick instead. Evans climbed the ladder, but it was nowhere near the middle of the ring.
Bron laughed when he saw what he could do, and then he pushed the ladder over so Evans went crashing through the top of the ambulance for the most insane spot of the night. Evans hit that perfectly.
Penta and Breakker ended up climbing up the same side of the ladder that had another ladder set up like a bridge to the corner. Penta hit the Mexican Destroyer on the ladder and both men fell to the mat.
El Cero Miedo climbed up as the crowd went nuts for him. He took down the briefcase and became Mr. Money in the Bank.
Penta prevented Williams from climbing up the ladder. We got a shot backstage of Evans being put into an ambulance and driven away. Punk hit a back body drop on Owens onto a ladder, and then Penta took out Punk with his finisher.
Yachty distracted Breakker so Williams could bring him off the ladder and hit a slam. KO allowed Yachty to climb off the ladder before hitting him with a Stunner in the funniest moment of the match.
Penta ate a GTA from Punk, which left him open to climb up the ladder. Breakker started taking out each competitor with Spears one by one. Punk and Owens were fighting by the barricade, so Bron ran around the ring and Speared both men through the barricade.
An ambulance drove into the arena near the stage and up the aisle until it was up against the ring. Evans opened the door into Breakker's face to knock him down. Je'Von jumped onto him and started beating him with everything he had.
The Young OG hit a flurry of moves to Penta and Williams in the ring until both men were out. He set up one of the biggest ladders after clearing the others out of the ring.
Breakker ended up suplexing Penta while Penta was already holding Punk, making it a two-for-one. A ladder was finally set up for the first time. Owens stopped Evans from climbing and threw him out of the ring, and then he had to stop Punk from reaching the case.
Trick tried to quickly climb the ladder, but Breakker was there to stop him. Bron ran across the barricade and announce table before leaping onto Williams. He stood on the table to gloat, and then Owens tripped him off the table.
Punk, Owens, Penta and Williams all ended up in the timekeeper's area, so Evans took a lap around the ring to dive onto all of them, but he was cut in half by a Spear from Breakker.
Punk went back into the ring to climb the ladder, but Bron was right there to stop him. Medics arrived with a stretcher for Evans. He was wheeled away as Owens and Punk fought in the ring.
Owens tried to hurt Punk any way he could with the ladders, including a spinebuster onto one.
The men's Money in the Bank match included CM Punk, Kevin Owens, Trick Williams, Je'Von Evans, Penta and Bron Breakker. Punk was the first to make his entrance. Lil Yachty was there with Williams. Penta was the final man to enter the ring.
Breakker took out Penta during his signature pose to kick-start the action. It came down to Punk and Owens, who started brawling until Breakker took them both down.
Punk went after Trick and mocked his dance, but Williams took him down and mocked him right back. Yachty helped him put a huge ladder on the apron before Punk hit Trick with a suicide dive.
Evans hit a huge leap over a ladder Owens was holding to take Punk down. Everyone was fighting at ringside and nobody seemed to be able to get a ladder all the way in until Penta brought one in.
Breakker put a ladder in the corner and whipped Punk into it while screaming in his face. Penta appeared to be limping when he got back into the ring. KO blocked a bulldog and dropped Punk onto a ladder.
Vaquer vs. Morgan vs. Lynch (World Title) Part 3
Vaquer hit both women with meteroras against the steel steps at ringside. She hit Morgan with a twisting moonsault, but Lynch pulled the ref out of the ring to stop the count.
A table had been set up at ringside earlier, and Vaquer sent Lynch crashing onto it with a superkick, but it didn't break.
Morgan caught Vaquer with Oblivion out of nowhere and pinned her to regain the world title.
Vaquer vs. Morgan vs. Lynch (World Title) Part 2
Vaquer hit Morgan with the Devil's Kiss, and then she hit a brutal dragon screw over the ring rope for a two-count. Lynch tried to come in and take over, but the champ took her down for a near-fall, too.
Vaquer dropped Lynch onto Morgan and then hit a crossbody for a two-count. Morgan sold a backbreaker well, but still kicked out. Lynch hit the Bexploder on Vaquer, followed by a German suplex to Morgan.
She spiked both women with a double DDT, but neither would stay down for the three-count. There was an awkward moment with Lynch and Vaquer in the corner when it seemed like they couldn't decide what to do next.
La Primera locked Morgan in a half crab, but The Man put Liv in the DisArmHer, too, but neither got the win. All three women came close to winning a few times, but there was always someone else there to break it up.
Stephanie Vaquer vs. Liv Morgan vs. Becky Lynch (Women's World Championship) Part 1
Up next is the women's world title bout with Stephanie Vaquer defending against Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch. The Man was out first, followed by Liv. The champ was out last, and it felt like the crowd gave Lynch the biggest reaction, but La Primera had her fans, too.
Lynch and Vaquer took out Morgan with a double clothesline so they could square off together. They traded some simple takedowns and counters, but Morgan eventually came back in and attacked both of them.
When Liv tried her finisher on Becky, she was yanked out of the ring by Stephanie and sent into the barricade. Morgan hit a sunset flip powerbomb from the apron to the floor that took out The Man.
Reed slammed Femi with a Death Valley Driver, but when he went for a moonsault, Femi moved. He knocked Theory off the apron when he tried to get involved, and then he started building up a head of steam.
He powered Reed up and hit the Fall Grom Grace for the win.
Reed hit a few sentons when he got Femi back in the ring, but it wasn't enough to finish the match. Oba popped up and almost powered Reed up for a suplex, but his back was too hurt to get him up.
For the next couple of minutes, it felt like Reed had an answer for everything Femi tried. Oba rolled out of the way to avoid a Tsunami, and then he nailed Reed with a running uppercut. Big Bronson hit him with a DDT and then went back up to hit the Tsunami, but he missed when Femi moved again.
Femi caught Reed when he tried a corner splash, and he planted him with a spinebuster for a quick two-count. Austin Theory showed up and distracted Femi. The ref caught Logan Paul trying to come in with a chair and ejected The Vision from ringside.
Maxxine Dupri slid Reed a set of brass knuckles, which he used to rock Oba with two big right hands. He climbed up and hit the Tsunami, but Femi managed to kick out at two.
Two huge powerhouses collided in the third match when Oba Femi took on Bronson Reed. Surprisingly, nobody else from The Vision accompanied Reed to the ring. Paul Heyman was seen watching from backstage.
The bell rang and the behemoths stared each other down before literally colliding and beginning to throw punches. Reed got Femi in the corner for a knee to the body, but he failed to knock him down with a clothesline.
Bronson went to the well one too many times and ended up being knocked on his back. Femi countered a suplex and launched Reed across the ring in a way nobody has ever thrown him before.
They traded strikes on the apron until Reed planted The Ruler with a side suplex. He got back in the ring and hit Femi with a suicide dive that leveled him.
The ladder Vice and Jayne were on ended up falling out of the ring, and they tumbled out with it. It was a nasty looking spot that they did not seem prepared for.
Perez almost got to the top of the ladder, but Ruca caught up to her and hit the Sol Snatcher off the ladder. She tried to hurry up the ladder, but Legend grabbed her and hit a powerbomb onto the ladder.
Legend and Stratton each climbed a different side of the ladder and fought. Tiffy knocked Lash down and took down the briefcase to become a two-time MITB winner.
Vice took out a few competitors before Perez sent a ladder into her face by stomping on one end while it was hanging over the ropes. Roxy positioned Legend and Ruca on the ladder after some awkward moments, and she hit them both with a moonsault.
Stratton hit an Alabama slam on Perez before attempting to climb the ladder. Ruca springboarded onto the other side of the ladder so they could fight, but Jayne tipped the ladder over. Tiffy fell to her feet, but Ruca hung from the briefcase for a moment before falling onto everyone.
Legend chokeslammed Stratton and Perez onto a ladder and then began to climb. Ruca brought her back down and she ended up on the bridge ladder, which Ruca put her through with a huge splash from the top rope.
Back in the ring, Jayne drilled Vice with a knee so she could cimb, but Vice got back up and followed her.
The field for this year's match included Tiffany Stratton, Jacy Jayne, Lash Legend, Roxanne Perez, Lola Vice and Sol Ruca. Every competitor got a full entrance, and the first match was pretty long, so the second bout of the night didn't begin until an hour into the show.
When the bell rang, Legend was targeted by all five of her opponents, but it only took a few seconds before others started fighting each other too. Jayne set a ladder up between the ring and announce table like a bridge.
Stratton hit a swanton from the top of a ladder onto everyone else on the floor, and the landing looked especially brutal for her. The upper half of her body hit before her legs. Officials checked on her and all of the action came to a halt.
Jayne set up a ladder in the ring, but Tiffy was the first one to go after her. Perez found a very short ladder and started using it as a weapon, but one kick from Legend sent it crashing into her face.
Stratton and Ruca exchanged a series of counters that ended with Sol dropping Tiffy onto a ladder.
Some shots of Superstars preparing for the MITB matches were shown, as well as the obligatory celebrity shots in the crowd. The women's Money in the Bank match is up next. Tiffany Stratton was the first to make her entrance.
The Tribal Chief celebrated his win, but he spotted The 946 in the crowd. Royce Keys pointed at his watch to indicate that Roman's time is coming up, but that is when The Usos and Solo Sikoa showed up behind them.
The six men squared off, then began brawling through the stands. Solo and Keys fought while the Usos and OTM paired up and brawled. They battled all the way out of the arena onto the sidewalk.
Jaida Parker pulled up in a vehicle and The 946 took off with her.
Knight sent Reigns into the steel steps before bringing him to the announce table. Roman prevented a suplex and they started trading punches. Both men were almost counted out, but they made it back in before 10.
The OTC drilled Knight with a Superman Punch, but when he went for a Spear, Knight grabbed him with a BFT. Reigns barely kicked out at two, which Michael Cole said it might be the first time someone has kicked out of the move.
Roman ended up hitting a Spear out of nowhere, but it was only good enough for a near-fall. An irate champion began beating on Knight and screaming at him. He ran the ropes for another Spear, but Knight hit him with one instead.
The fight went outside the ring again, and Reigns ended up crashing through the barricade when he missed a Spear. Knight almost dropped him, but he was able to put him through the announce table with a powerbomb.
LA hit an elbow drop from the top rope, but he still couldn't keep the champ down for the pin. Reigns recovered and hit a Superman Punch, followed by a second. He finally hit a proper Spear to put Knight away for the win.
Knight sent Reigns into the ring post before he started taking apart the announce table. Roman recovered and brought him back into the ring before the table could come into play.
The Megastar made a comeback and scored a near-fall. The OTC nailed a Superman Punch, but he couldn't get the pin. He began to hype up the crowd as he set up in the corner for his trademark Spear.
Knight jumped over him and Reigns went right into the ring post. LA sat him on the top turnbuckle and climbed up for a superplex. Reigns tried to fight him off, but Knight hit it on the second attempt.
The challenger was unable to get the pin with a burning hammer. Roman came back at him with a uranage, but it only got a two-count.
Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight (World Heavyweight Championship) Part 1
We're kicking things off with the men's world title bout between Roman Reigns and LA Knight. The Megastar was out first, and he got a nice reaction from the NOLA crowd, but the reaction for The OTC was louder.
As usual, Roman took his sweet time getting to the ring. Byron Saxton was doing the ring announcing for the introduction.
When they finally locked up, Reigns put Knight in a headlock, and then he scored the first takedown with a shoulder tackle. Knight popped up and caught him off guard before taking him out, which sent Roman out of the ring to regroup.
He took most of the 10-count to get back in. Knight put him in a headlock, but Reigns avoided the shoulder tackle and jumped over him so he could hit a hip toss.
Reigns stayed aggressive and started to build some momentum. He lined up in the corner for the Superman Punch, but Knight ducked and hit a series of jabs.
LA telegraphed a back body drop and took a kick to the face, but then he sent Reigns out of the ring so they could continue the fight at ringside.
Money in the Bank opened with various shots of Superstars arriving at the arena throughout the day.
Roman Reigns has demanded to open Money in the Bank, which is likely so he can avoid the hassle of dealing with someone trying to cash in during or after his match. Alix Paige sang the Star-Spangled Banner before the show.
The pre-show is underway and the main card begins in less than 15 minutes.
