2026 high school football previews: Inman Teutons

INMAN, Kan. (KSNW) — The Inman Teutons are coming off an 8-2 season with senior quarterback Malachi Brunk at the center of the offense.
Brunk is a four-year starter for Inman and was just short of 2,500 all-purpose yards last season. The senior quarterback threw for 18 touchdowns last season, many to his top target, Korbyn McLellan, who also returns this year.
There is no doubting the senior class has plenty of experience — not just from playing the game, but from playing together.
"This class and the class under us, we've played football since like preschool together. And our goal has always been to win the state championship. So that's our goal for this year," Brunk said.
Inman head coach Lance Sawyer believes his players know exactly what they want to accomplish this season.
"I think our kids know where they want to be. They want to end up in Hutch by the end of this year," Sawyer said. "And we got a long ways to go, and we got to stay healthy to do it. But we're excited for it."
Inman will make the trip to take on Sedgwick this Friday at 7 p.m.
