INDIANAPOLIS -- The Colts suffered a shocking 26-20 loss to the previously winless Tennessee Titans on Sunday, blowing a 13-point halftime lead. Coach Shane Steichen brushed off questions about his job security after the game.
"Obviously, it's my job to get this team ready and that's what I'm focused on right now," he said after the game.
Steichen opened his postgame news conference by saying: "Extremely disappointing. We've got a lot to fix and we've got to fix it in a hurry."
When asked if he and team owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon had talked about his future, Steichen replied: "We haven't had those conversations. We just talk football."
