District 29-5A volleyball play gets underway this week with two huge matchups for Veterans Memorial.

The Eagles host Gregory-Portland and then face Flour Bluff for the first of two matches in the Yorktown Showdown.

Calallen visits Orange Grove and Sinton treks to Tuloso-Midway in two marquee contests Tuesday.
