Bayern Munich star Harry Kane wants to be remembered for his character, not just his football

Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane is the definition of a complete player: he can score, he can pass, he can assist, he can defend, he can cross and do so much more. Despite the qualities that he possesses, the England star wants to be remembered for other things on top of that.

"I want to be remembered as someone who puts the team above everything and who respects his teammates," Kane said in an interview with the Telegraph (as captured by X account @iMiaSanMia ). "You're never bigger than your team, club or country. I've always worked hard, in silence and without showing off. Despite the highs and lows, I've always believed in myself and worked twice as much. I just want to keep doing it for as long as possible."

In a world where footballers would make everything about themselves, Kane never subscribed to that mindset. He has always made it a point to be a team player, to improve himself, and to simply enjoy the game as much as possible.
