Weather could be a factor. Showers are expected during the game, with thunderstorms possible later in the day, per the National Weather Service. Winds will be between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts up to 26 mph. Ball security, which has been a major focus for Giants head coach John Harbaugh, will be a major factor. So, too, could the effectiveness of the Giants' running game.
Washington gets a boost on Sunday with the returns of quarterback Jayden Daniels and wide receiver Terry McLaurin. The Commanders will be missing a trio of safeties — Nick Cross, Percy Butler, and Tyler Owens.
