EAST LANSING — Michigan State was looking to start off Big Ten play on the right foot.
Instead, the Spartans were left in the dust as Nebraska pulled away for a 31-13 win at Spartan Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 26.
Michigan State (2-2, 0-1) grabbed an early lead but it didn't last. Nebraska took a 24-10 lead into halftime and made it a three-score game in the fourth quarter to put it out of reach.
