Ryan Reynolds Leads Canada Past Hugh Jackman, Australia in Practice Race Ahead of Spain SailGP

Ryan Reynolds and a crew of Canadians beat Hugh Jackman and a crew of Australians in a practice race of F50 catamarans on Friday ahead of Valencia's Spain SailGP this weekend, per The Athletic's Andrew Rice .

The two actors are co-owners of the Bonds Flying Roos sailing team.

At Saturday's actual event, however, Australia topped Group A while Canada finished at the bottom of Group B.

"We managed to win Ryan a nice bet, which is great. Get a little bit of bragging rights against the Aussies there," Canadian driver Giles Scott said. "Unfortunately, it didn't translate into today, which was a little bit disappointing. I know which win I'd prefer from yesterday or today, but it was great fun to have Ryan on board."
