Conte breaks silence amidst reports he could return to Juventus

Several reports have linked Antonio Conte with a return to Juventus and a possible move to Manchester United, with both clubs reportedly considering changes in the dugout. Conte continues to be associated with Juventus, particularly as Luciano Spalletti faces pressure following a difficult spell at the club.

The Bianconeri have been linked with bringing Conte back on several occasions , and speculation could grow if results fail to improve. The club are also working to ensure they have the right players and managerial leadership to meet their objectives.

John Elkann has shown a willingness to dismiss managers when performances fall below expectations, and there are growing concerns that Spalletti could lose his job in the coming weeks. Some Juventus supporters would welcome Conte's return, although there is no confirmation that the club are preparing to appoint him.

Conte has a strong connection with Juventus, which means his name is likely to feature whenever the club's managerial position comes under scrutiny. However, speculation about a potential reunion does not necessarily mean negotiations are taking place.

Manchester United also linked with Italian coach

Manchester United are another club reportedly considering their options. Michael Carrick could face dismissal before Spalletti, while Conte has reportedly been included on the Red Devils' list of potential managerial candidates.

Some reports have even suggested that Manchester United have held advanced talks with the Italian coach. Conte has now addressed the speculation, making clear that there are no advanced negotiations with any club at present.

Speaking as quoted by Calciomercato , Conte said:

"In light of the rumours published in recent days by various media outlets, both in Italy and abroad, I feel it's appropriate to intervene to clarify matters. My name has been linked to numerous clubs, but at the moment there are no advanced negotiations."After a splendid and successful stint at the helm of Napoli, I will take the time necessary to evaluate how and when to return to coaching. It will be a carefully considered decision, which I will make when I believe the conditions are right."

Conte's comments leave the door open to a future return to management but offer no indication that he is close to accepting either position. Juventus and Manchester United may continue to assess their managerial situations, while Conte intends to take his time before deciding on his next move.
