Rafael Nadal spent €4 million on a 7,000-square-metre coastal property in Porto Cristo, Mallorca, after it was originally listed for €5.7 million. The 22-time Grand Slam champion bought the land and an old Majorcan stone house in 2013, then later replaced the original buildings with a modern family home.
