Cam Ward arrived a few minutes early to his post-game press conference, but didn't appreciate having to wait for reporters.

Ward and the Titans lost their fourth straight game on Sunday, with their latest loss coming at the hands of Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens.

However, rather than his performance on the field, Ward's interaction with members of the press after the game has become one of the biggest talking points from the game.

Cam Ward demands reporters not make him wait in post-game press availability

During the post-game press availability, Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward arrived at the podium before reporters were done speaking with other players in the locker room.

A visibly frustrated Ward noted that he had been waiting for three minutes and was ready to walk out if the reporters didn't come in time, even tapping on the podium to hurry them along.

"Well, ain't nobody here. We can just go… At least I'll get some good questions. They've got three minutes, bro. I'll walk out."

While Ward's frustration is somewhat understandable, his demeanour and tone cannot be justified. The reporters were not expecting him to arrive at the podium early and, understandably, were running behind when he demanded they ask him questions.

On top of that, Ward is a huge reason why the Titans are 0-4, yet he has shown very little frustration over their start, or even taken any of the blame for their losses.

For Ward to act like a superstar quarterback in front of the media without delivering the results needed to earn that status is not a good look.

Against the Ravens, Ward had an average performance, throwing for 222 yards and one touchdown. And while he did carry for an average of 6.8 yards across four carries, it wasn't a particularly impressive outing.

After what had been a disappointing first season, the Titans were hoping that Ward would take a huge leap this season and allow them to post a winning record.

Unfortunately, that just hasn't been the case. And until Ward can start delivering at a high level and bringing the Titans some wins, he should re-evaluate how he treats people around him.
