Missouri State's injury report leading into Week 4 vs SMU

SPRINGFIELD — Missouri State (1-2) running back Breezy Dubar exited last week's game against Marshall in the fourth quarter. He was helped to the sidelines with an apparent lower body injury and did not see action for the rest of the game.

During head coach Casey Woods' weekly press conference, Woods gave an update on Monday, Sept. 21.

"He will be a questionable guy throughout the course of the week," Woods said. "It's not a longterm issue. It'll be something we'll see how good he feels as the week moves on."

Dubar has been splitting reps with running back Ramone Green Jr. as the team's top tailback.

The Boise State transfer has rushed for 118 yards and two touchdowns this season. In the loss to Marshall, Dubar scored a 1-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter.

Woods said that all other players are in a 'position to go from there.'

Defensive lineman Tim Brantley Jr. was in-and-out of the lineup with an injury against Marshall. Starting center Isaiah Villanueva played sparingly, too.

Missouri State goes on the road to No. 22 SMU at 8 p.m on Saturday, Sept. 26.
