J.K. Dobbins injury: Latest news on Broncos running back after exiting Jaguars game
Denver Broncos running back J.K. Dobbins suffered an injury in the third quarter of Week 2’s matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Denver Broncos looked to open their 2026 home schedule with a Week 2 win over the 1-0 Jacksonville Jaguars . They lost to them last year at home by a score of 34-20 in Week 15.
Unfortunately, running back J.K. Dobbins suffered an apparent left leg injury during Sunday's game versus Jacksonville. The injury occurred near the end of the third quarter with the Broncos trailing 13-6.
Dobbins had 10 carries for 36 yards before the injury. Sam Jane of the Denver Post reported the injury on X, saying that Dobbins is questionable to return with a hamstring injury.
As the game goes on, it will be Tyler Badie getting most of the reps at RB1. RJ Harvey is inactive for the game with a hamstring injury, so Denver is really hurting at the position on Sunday.
