Sharks Unveil New Concession Menu Items for 2026 NHL Season, Includes Korean-Inspired Corn Dog

To celebrate the start of the 2026-27 NHL season on Tuesday, the San Jose Sharks have unveiled some of the new concession items fans can look forward to purchasing at SAP Center.

The Sharks announced last week they will be selling a Korean-inspired corn dog called the K-chomp dog.

On Tuesday, the Sharks dropped more information about additional food and drink items that will be available. The Souvenir Chum Bucket is a dessert treat featuring buttery popcorn, strawberry pop-tarts, teal chocolate, raspberry syrup and freeze-dried strawberries.

There will also be a cheesesteak of the month starting with September and October called the Totty Too Hotty made with cheddar sauce, tater tots, bacon, sour cream and chives.

The Sharks also provided a look at a Taquito item that will be available, but they did not offer any specific description about it as of this writing.

For the over-21 crowd planning to visit SAP Center this season, there is a new bourbon that will be available called the Tidal Grit that was developed in partnership with a Kentucky-based distillery.

The K-chomp dog is made from a combination of spicy Louisiana sausage, pepper jack cheese with Korean BBQ sauce that is coated with Blue Takis.

Fans who purchase will receive it in a custom Sharks-themed packaging that looks like an open shark's mouth. The K-chomp dog is only going to be available at the Club 117 section at SAP Center at a cost of $13.25.

Korean barbecue has become very popular in the Bay Area, including celebrated Korean BBQ restaurant Baekjeong opening a location in San Jose in 2023.

The concession announcement comes on the day the NHL season opens, but Sharks fans will have to wait a little longer to try these items. Their home opener will be against the Florida Panthers on Thursday at 10 p.m. ET.

San Jose is looking to build on its most successful season since 2018-19. The Sharks finished the 2025-26 campaign with a 39-35-8 record and 86 points, but they missed the playoffs for the seventh consecutive year.
