WWE's Danhausen Jokes He Wants NBA Title Ring After Watching Knicks' Championship Ceremony

WWE Superstar Danhausen joked Tuesday night that he wanted to be recognized for his role in the New York Knicks winning their first NBA championship since 1973 last season.

Amid the Knicks players, coaches and staff receiving their championship rings prior to their season-opening game against the Philadelphia 76ers, Danhausen took to social media to ask where his hardware was:

Danhausen famously lifted his curse against the Knicks during last season's playoffs after they fell behind 2-1 in their first-round series against the Atlanta Hawks.

From that point forward, the Knicks went 15-1 and secured their first NBA title in over 50 years.
