Ryan Day had 3 devastating words after Ohio State's Texas shocker

Ohio State coach Ryan Day had a pretty unfortunate evening in Austin on Saturday after his team's epic collapse to Texas .

The game clearly favored the Buckeyes for three quarters until the Longhorns stormed back and seized the victory. Day, being one of the faces of the program as its coach, got dragged online for the team's defeat.

After the game, ESPN reporter Jake Trotter shared three absolutely devastating words from Day from the postgame press availability if you're an Ohio State fan: "This one hurts."

Ouch. That stings to read... even if you don't have a rooting interest in the outcome.

While Day isn't in jeopardy of losing his job after this game, the seat did just get a little hotter in theory.

The team plays Kent State on Saturday, Sept. 19, at noon ET at Ohio Stadium.
