Makai Lemon squeezes team-high 57 yards out of six catches
Makai Lemon led the Eagles in targets (9), receptions (6), and receiving yards (57) in a Week 8 loss to Washington.
Philadelphia Eagles WR Makai Lemon had six receptions for 57 yards versus the Washington Commanders in Week 8. Lemon was targeted a game-high nine times.
Why It Matters: Faced with another night of not having DeVonta Smith (hamstring) or Dontayvion Wicks (ankle), Tanner McKee looked to the team's first-round pick nine times on Sunday night. The rookie responded with six catches for 57 yards. It's middling production to be sure, but it's getting Lemon some much-needed reps after he was almost invisible over the first six games of 2026. While it's unclear how much he'll be featured once Smith and/or Wicks return, Lemon is worth owning as a WR4/WR5 type that should at least offer flex value for as long as he remains the de facto lead receiver.
