The Cristiano Ronaldo train keeps chugging along!
The Portuguese legend scored what ended up being the winning goal for Al Nassr on Friday, Aug. 28 in a match against Al Taawoun at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The goal came in the 50th minute after Al Nassr already answered Al Taawoun's first score of the match. The ball bounced off a falling Sadio Mané, and Mohamed Simakan kicked it toward the goal where Ronaldo was up close. He then flicked the ball into the net with his heel. To celebrate, the former Real Madrid star trotted toward the middle of the pitch with his hands up and flashed his signature grin.
The goal made the score 2-1, keeping Al Nassr undefeated with its fourth consecutive victory since the Saudi Pro League season kicked off earlier this month.
This was the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's second goal for Al Nassr this season. He scored his first goal since the 2026 World Cup in the 4-0 win over Al Riyadh a week earlier.
Ronaldo, 41, got married to his longtime partner , Georgina Rodríguez, days before the Saudi Pro League season started.
He scored three goals in this summer's World Cup , including his first in a knockout round . It was his sixth time in the tournament, which ties the record for most World Cups with Lionel Messi and Guillermo Ochoa.
Erling Haaland wasn't the only World Cup star to debut a new haircut when league play started. Ronaldo donned bleach blond hair when he first got back on the pitch for Al Nassr.
