Drew Petzing’s Lions offense gets its revenge on the Arizona Cardinals
Arizona Cardinals get routed by Detroit Lions.
It's hard to even write about this every week.
The Arizona Cardinals through five weeks are playing some of the worst football in the team's history.
I was in the South endzone at Sun Devil Stadium from 1994. I've seen some awful games.
This is getting to the point of being unwatchable.
Meanwhile, Jonathan Gannon's Packers shut down the Bears.
Drew Petzing's offense just had over 400 yards of offense and 45-points.
Somehow, moving on, which was probably the right move in all three cases, has made this team much, much worse.
Now, the question is; do they keep running it back.
I get it's only week five, but the fact that this team has given 31 or more points in each game since week one, is bad.
Jacoby Brissett has moved to 2-15 as a starter, his 0.118 win percentage is the worst in Arizona Cardinals history (minimum 8 starts).
This is some of the most uninspired football we have seen.
Brissett had 292 yards and three touchdowns, but that second touchdown happened with 4:22 left in the third and the Cardinals down by 24.
The final touchdown came with 2:11 left in the game on maybe the best play of the season by Trey McBride, down 45-14.
Now the 1-4 Arizona Cardinals have to go play the Los Angeles Rams.
So, is it time to see Gardner Minshew? Is it Carson Beck time?
There are way more questions than answers at this point into the Mike LaFleur era.
