Real Salt Lake have signed midfielder Taylor Booth on loan from Dutch Eredivisie side FC Twente, the club announced Wednesday.

The 25-year-old United States international's loan lasts through the 2027 MLS Sprint Season and includes a purchase option.

An RSL Academy product, Booth previously played for FC Utrecht in the Netherlands, SKN St. Pölten in Austria and Bayern Munich in Germany. Over his professional first-team career, Booth has produced 11g/8a in 94 games across all competitions.

Internationally, Booth has earned two USMNT caps and played in four matches at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

"Welcoming Taylor back to Utah was an easy decision for us," said RSL chief soccer officer Kurt Schmid.

"From his early days in our Academy to playing in top European leagues and representing the USMNT, he's established a remarkable track record. His tactical flexibility and dynamic attacking play bring immediate depth and quality as we push through the home stretch."

At RSL, Taylor joins his younger brother Zach Booth , who also returned to the club on loan in January.

The Claret-and-Cobalt sit 10th in the Western Conference with 28 points, one point outside of a Wild Card position.
