Rams news: Davante Adams won't rule out Packers troll job during upcoming game

On Monday evening, the Los Angeles Rams got into the win column for the first time this season with a blowout home victory over the New York Giants in primetime. The star of this game for Los Angeles was wide receiver Davante Adams , who hauled in eight catches for 195 yards and two touchdowns in the victory.

The Rams have several marquee games coming up on the schedule this year, including a matchup against the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving Eve. Recently, Adams spoke on what he might have in store for that matchup against his former team , including a potential Lambeau Leap at SoFi Stadium.

"You can't really. You can a little bit because there's little suites behind (the field), kind of like there was at Allegiant… The Lambeau wall is up there. You've got to really jump to get up there… We'll see what we can do," he said, per Up & Adams on X, formerly Twitter.

Adams sure looked like the Packers All-Pro version of himself on Monday against New York, consistently finding seams in the Giants' secondary, helped by the fact that reigning MVP quarterback Matthew Stafford had a bounce-back game after his season-opening dud against the San Francisco 49ers last week.

Overall, the Rams looked much more like the team many expect them to be this year in this game, despite playing without superstar Myles Garrett , who is on the IR with a knee injury following his ugly debut against the 49ers.

In any case, the Rams will look to get over .500 for the first time this season when they next hit the field on Sunday evening for a tough road game against the Denver Broncos at 8:20 pm ET.
