The Saudi-backed breakaway league filed for bankruptcy last month, with its restructuring plan likely to release players from their existing contracts ahead of a potential LIV 2.0 relaunch.
This week, Garcia successfully secured a court ruling to lift an automatic stay on his contract, allowing him to seriously consider his options for 2027.
Europe's all-time leading Ryder Cup points scorer now has his sights firmly set on Adare Manor next September.
"I think everything is an option," he told a press conference at the Open de Espana in Madrid.
"That doesn't mean I won't go or that I'll definitely stay with LIV, but settling the LIV 1.0 matter now avoids potential repercussions related to that contract.
"I don't really know how things will end up with the DP World Tour regarding LIV 2.0, we'll have to see, [but] I want to try and give myself the best chance of making that team.
"Everyone knows how much I love the Ryder Cup and the possibility of playing in another one, or if not, finding some way to help in another way, as vice-captain or something like that could be something very interesting."
Garcia, who has spoken to European captain Luke Donald, added: "I told him that I'm going to do everything possible to see if I can get into that team and I also told him that if I don't get into that team, I'll help in any way I can."
The 2017 Masters champion would first need to regain his DP World Tour membership.
Garcia resigned his membership in 2023 after being sanctioned for playing in conflicting LIV events. He later paid around £750,000 in fines in an unsuccessful bid to qualify for the Ryder Cup at Bethpage last year, but ultimately lost his card after failing to meet the minimum number of events.
Garcia has also not ruled out a return to the PGA Tour, although under its rules he would have to serve a suspension until August.
"It's definitely a possibility. I turn 47 in January, and the Champions Tour is a possibility," he said.
"Besides, I'd like the chance to play some of those tournaments, especially the big ones on the Champions Tour. These are things that I'm starting to consider at my age."
