Abhiram Singh Yadav elected to ICC chief executives' committee

Abhiram Singh Yadav of Persatuan Cricket Indonesia was on Thursday elected to an Associate Member position on the ICC chief executives' committee (CEC).Yadav fills one of the three CEC positions reserved for Associate Members, following the vacancy created with the appointment of France's Gurumurthy Palani to the International Cricket Council (ICC) Board in July."The International Cricket Council (ICC) today announced that Abhiram Singh Yadav of Persatuan Cricket Indonesia has been elected to an Associate Member position on the ICC Chief Executives' Committee (CEC)," said the ICC in a statement.He won a three-way fight including Sarah Gomersall of Jersey and Viganesh Sankaran of Germany.Yadav will serve on the CEC until the next elections, which will be held at the ICC Annual Conference in June 2027.Stay updated with the latest Asian Games 2026 news, check the Asian Games medal tally and complete Asian Games schedule.Get the latest Sports News and Live updates.
